We decided to work on our curb appeal, since we are putting the house on the market. The cheapest easiest solution is flowers. We have a local nursery that sets up a flower center in the middle of one of the parking lots down in Waldorf all summer and they have Very in-expensive flowers. They looked really nice once they were all put in. We even had someone riding by, that didn't see us out there, make a comment to his wife about how he "Loves the way this guy does his yard, it always looks so nice." I hollered out thanks, and he almost wrecked his bicycle. When the Realtor came by to do her Market Analysis on the house, her first words were, "You sure do have great curb appeal!" Excellent!
